Ready for the World is not accepting proposals for funding at this time. We are in the process of evaluating and updating the program and look forward to updating the campus soon on the future of this initiative.



Ready for the World Café

The Ready for the World café operates in the UT Visitors Center, 2712 Neyland Drive, as a weekly, full-service, fine-dining experience with international themes.

Lunch consists of intermezzo or small appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert, will be served from noon to 1 p.m. for $12.

The luncheons are produced through a collaboration of HRT 445 (the Advanced Food Production and Service Management class), the UT Culinary Institute, and the Pellissippi Culinary Institute.
